This thing is a genius idea

My husband loves playing video games, and laughs at the idea of working out. I bought this for him for fathers day in hopes he'd use it at least *sometimes*. I was wrong, he uses it ALL THE TIME. Since we received this in July, it's been his morning and before bed regimen. my only regret is not buying it sooner.

Makes planking go by soooo much faster!

Before buying this, planking was my least favorite part of my workout. Now I am able to go much longer because I am actually having fun. Plus, I don’t dread it anymore.

Awesome strength building device
